The Official Shelton Lea 'Radical Poets' @ The Punters Club 1989 Blogspot PART TWO
Shelton Lea ran occasional poetry readings at the Punters Club Hotel Brunswick St Fitzroy 1989. He had a broken (leg or ankle) at the time, but this did not deter the indomitable Shelton Lea, running the readings with great charm, and we poets willingly paid court.
Shelton Lea passed away 2005
Shelton was real pissed & stuff & jumped out of his 2 storey window & busted his heel. lucky the Alfred was just down the road, He was living with Barbara who he had Danay with. They split up pretty quick! He used to go crook about who wasn't washing the dishes which ewas pretty weird for him! annie
